All orders are made to order. This means, average processing & order fulfillment time is 2-4 business days. (*Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for larger orders, and for orders placed during holidays*). Once your order has been made, it will be shipped and estimated transit time will then apply. Any shipments with a tracking number will br charged extra and tracking number which will be emailed to you.
Transit dates are estimated based on shipping options you choose. Depending on provider & method chosen, date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once shipment has been given to the shipper, we no longer control the speed at which it is delivered to you. (Expedited shipping does not mean Rush Processing; See below.) If you have questions related to delays in transit, please first contact your local Canada Post Office.
We ship within the Canada, and internationally. Some restictions may apply. All orders will ship out of our Alberta location.
Additional Orders will be shipped via courier, by Priority Mail (2-3 business days), or First-Class (3-5 business days) if less than 13oz.
Free Shipping: If your order qualifies for free shipping, then it will be shipped via Canada Post. Free Shipping is limited to Canadian orders only.
If your order is being shipped to locations outside of the Canada, please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.
Grave Markers (Headstones)
It takes about 2 weeks until delivery of all Grave Markers and will be shipped in a wooded crate. The cost for shipping is determined by the Hot Shot sevice provider, and where you are located. We do however do our best to get you your product as soon as possible.
Because every decal is made to order, we do not accept returns. However, if there is noticeable damage to your decal due to transit or manufacturer defect, we will allow a return and we will pay the return shipping.
*NOTE: Not applicable to personalized items, including but not limited to, personalized text, names, logos, and monograms. Decals that are damaged during installation by yourself cannot be returned. A replacement decal may be ordered at a discount of upto 30% at the discretion of TransferCuts.com.
